1. This Ggogo fare is valid for Malaysian and Singaporean only.

2. No refund is permitted after payment has been made.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENT
 It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid international passport, relevant visas and health certificate for the vacation.
 We also provide you the service of visa application. However, ample time must be given to us for the visa application.
 The passport must have at least 6 months validity date prior to departure.
 No refund or compensation will be made to guests who are denied embarkation resulting from non-compliance to the immigration requirements.

4. TOUR FARE INCLUDES
 Holiday destination airport / hotel transfer
 Hotel accommodation as stated in the itinerary. Hotel accommodation is on twin-sharing basis. An extra surcharge will be imposed on single occupancy.
 Meals as stated in the itinerary. Additional charge will be imposed for Halal meals for Muslims in China Ggogo packages.
 Sightseeing as stated in the itinerary

5. TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
 Flight ticket and any baggage check in charges
 Airport tax
 Fuel surcharge and ticket insurance
 Visa fees
 Beverages
 Room services
 Room items damage during the occupancy
 Personal and baggage insurance
 Passenger handling charges
 Gratuities to tour guide and driver
 Other local tour not specified in the itinerary
 All items of personal nature

6. CHILD FARE
 The child fare is the same amount as the adult fare. A surcharge will be imposed for infant who is below 3 years old.

7. EXTENSION OF STAY
 Whatever extra expenses (eg. Meals, hotel, transportation etc.) incurred due to the extension is totally borne by the passengers.
 Airport transfer will not be provided.

8. GROUND TOUR HANDLING
 Our company endeavors to provide exclusive ground handling transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat-in-coach basis operated by a local “Day Tour” company where necessary due to insufficient group size.

9. TOUR DEPARTURE VALIDITY
 A minimum of 2 persons is required for each tour departure.
 The Ggogo holiday packages is NOT valid for super peak season departure – Chinese New Year / Hari Raya / Christmas / New Year and other country public holidays ( please refer to Ggogo calender.
 The Ggogo voucher issued has a year of validity. No refund after the expiry date.
 The departure days for the specific tour are as stated in the tour itinerary brochures.
 Extra charges will be imposed should the departure day is not as stated in the itinerary brochures.
 It is advised to verify with us before any flight confirmation made to prevent any misunderstandings.
 Reservation must be made at least 45 days prior to departure.
 A surcharge will be imposed if the reservation is made less than 45 days.
 Once reservation made, if amendment of name or transfer of name is required, a surcharge is imposed.

10. BAGGAGE
 Baggage allowance subject to airline’s description (all baggage at owner’s risk unless insured).
 The company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or belongings (checked-in or hand-carried) whilst they are in the custody of the airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation supplies.

11. RESPONSIBILITY
The organizer, Hwajing, act as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels and other principals for the tour program. Hwajing accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to your belongings or resulting directly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellation, change in itinerary of schedules, etc. Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The organizers reserve the right to alter itineraries travel arrangement, hotel accommodation reserved etc., if this necessary or in the case of force majeure. The Company reserves the right to cancel the land tour prior to departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without further obligations on the part of the company. Hwajing also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other clients and the tour as a whole and Hwajing shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. No guides, tour leaders or other employees or agent of Hwajing is authorized to commit the company to any liability whatsoever and the company will not be bounded by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a management executive of the company. The special air ticket issued is based on group travel and restricted to respective airline. It is strictly non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-reroute. Alteration on the routing or date of travel is at the passengers’ own risk. No refund will be made to any person for unused air-ticket or who do not utilize any meal and sightseeing tour or accommodation not use is part or full.
